Terms & Conditions

For purchases through our website, your rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations which came in to effect on June 13th 2014. The Regulations aim to harmonise the rights of consumers across the EU.


Ordering Information:
We aim to dispatch shipments within 3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) after the order was placed, subject to product availability. This applies to all orders - whether dispatched via Letter Post or Courier.

No orders will be dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.


Carriage charges:

Carriage is free on individual orders placed through the website  on orders placed over the value of £50 for mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands. For Highlands and Islands (incl Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland) carriage is free for orders through the website placed over the value of £75.

For orders under the value of £50 and £75 respectively, carriage prices are calculated on the weight of the order (excluding aerosols which must be sent with the courier service as Royal Mail are only licensed to carry aerosols for human use). Orders under 2kg will ordinarily be shipped with Royal Mail and both standard and express options are available. Orders over 2kg will be shipped with the courier service.

Up to 2kg Second Class £2.62

Courier (standard delivery):

Over 2kg or for orders containing aerosols for mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands £6.25

Highlands and Islands for orders over 2kg or containing aerosols - price range £11.90 - £19.80


Next Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery with Saturday Guarantee.

Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12 noon on Monday to Thursday (excl. Bank Holidays) or Next day delivery with saturday guarantee is only available on orders placed before 12 noon on a Friday (excl Good Friday and Bank Holidays).

Next Day Delivery with Saturday Guarantee is available but only if specifically selected during the checkout phase, otherwise orders placed on Friday will be dispatched using the 'standard' (non-guaranteed-Saturday) Next Day Delivery Service. These services are only available to Mainland UK, excluding Highlands and Islands. Special arrangements may be made via the courier for Saturday delivery – please contact the office on +44 (0)1377 229050 to discuss options.


Payment is to be made in full when placing an order. No credit account will be entered in to. Payment can be made by Visa Debit; Visa or MasterCard. All prices for products on the website include VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%. All prices are correct at the time of publishing the website.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and processed through 'WorldPay.' At no time in the payment process does Supreme Products have any visibility of any customer card details. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All goods are subject to availability and provided that an item is in stock should be delivered within 4 - 5 working days of placing an order to mainland UK. Next day delivery is available, a surcharge will apply. Please contact the Supreme Products office on 01377 229050 for details.

You must inform us within three working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Cancellation - Your right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving a reason for cancellation (‘cooling off period’). The 14 days for cancellation start the day after the goods have been delivered. Where different goods within an order have been delivered at different times, the 14 day cancellation period is deemed to start the day after delivery of the last item in the order.

To cancel you order, please contact Supreme Products on +44 (0) 1377 229050, quoting your invoice or order number or download a returns and exchanges form by clicking here, completing it and returning it with your item.

Once the order has been cancelled, you must return the item to Supreme Products at Kirkburn Manor, Kirkburn, Driffield, YO25 9DU, United Kingdom, within 14 days of the notice of cancellation. We advise that you seek and retain proof of posting for item(s) returned.

Once received (and inspected to ensure the item is unused and in re-saleable condition), Supreme Products will issue a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
Your rights to return goods are also protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Unspoiled goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned within 14 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items returned after 14 days will be refunded at the discretion of the company by way of credit note for future purchases.

Please notify Supreme Products of any goods that have been damaged in transit, within 72 hours of receipt.

Please dispatch goods by traceable post, including proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. Supreme Products will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in 'as new' condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.


Faulty Goods, Repairs or Replacements:

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act (for purchases online and over-the counter), where you have 30 days to return an item for a full refund from the date of purchase if it is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, SUPREME PRODUCTS is obligated to repair or replace an item within 6 months of purchase if the item is faulty if the client can prove the item was faulty prior to purchase. If an item is considered faulty, please contact the office on 01377 229050. Once discussed, please return the item to the office enclosing a returns and exchanges form with your name, address and telephone number and perceived nature of the fault. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and, if deemed faulty by Supreme Products, a repair or replacement will be actioned. Please note, in the event of return / repair of a horse garment, please launder it prior to dispatch. If it has not been laundered prior to return, Supreme Products reserves the right to levy a charge of £10 to have the garment laundered prior to the commencement of a repair. Please note that after the iniatl 30 days from purchase, if an item is deemed faulty, a refund will only be action at the discretion of the company as after the 30 day period, the company is not obligated to refund, but does remain obligated to repair or replace.

After 6 months, the client must prove the item was faulty at the point of purchase. If proof cannot be supplied, Supreme Products will be happy to carry out a repair or replacement but reserve the right to levy a charge for this service.

Supreme Products will not consider a refund, repair or replacement and are not obligated to repair or replace an item if the client has damaged the item by trying to repair it themselves (or having someone else attempt to repair) or if the client knew the item was faulty when the item was purchased.

Privacy Policy:
Supreme Products do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.

Competition Entries Magazines / Web / Social Media:

Supreme Products   run a series of competitions and offers through, but not limited to, the following channels - magazines; websites; social media - to win makeover days with members of the Supreme Products sponsored team or for prizes of products and / or garments from the Supreme Products ranges. The following conditions apply:

  • No purchase is normally necessary
  • The winner must arrange and cover any cost of transport and / or accommodation to the agreed location for the makeover as arranged.
  • Supreme Products and its agents will use all reasonable endeavours to facilitate a suitable date for the winner to attend the makeover day.
  • The makeover day must be arranged within one month, to take place within 3 months of the winner being announced, unless agreed in writing in advance.
  • In the event that a prize has been awarded to a horse and rider / handler combination, the prize becomes null and void if the combination is no longer valid (i.e. horse sold or loan term ended). The prize will only be transferable to a different combination if agreed in writing in advance.
  • If the winner is not able to attend the makeover day the prize is non-transferable
  • If the prize comprises of multiple elements - makeover day plus products and / or garments - and the winner is not able to attend, the prize becomes null and void.


Twelve Days of Christmas Offers (1st - 12th December):

Supreme Products runs a special promotion on each of the first 12 days of December. A new offer is posted online and on social media at 10am each day and each offer runs for 24 hours only. Customers must select, purchase and pay for the item at the time it is live on the website as it will be removed and consequently unavailable the following day.

During the 12 days of offers, Supreme Products are happy to 'hold' orders for customers so that they can be sent out at the end and postage can be combined and any excess charges will be refunded. The customer will cover the cost of one carriage charge and once this has been covered any additional postage charges will be refunded at the time of dispatch of the order(s). This does not mean that if the cumulative total of the orders placed during the period exceeds the carriage-free shipping value that all orders will be shipped carriage-free. Only individual orders that exceed the value for carriage-free are valid to be shipped carriage-free.


Intellectual Property:

In no event are you permitted to publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any format any of our content/articles and images on www.supremeproducts.co.uk; www.supremeproductsaustralia.com.au or www.supremeproducts.co.nz without written consent. This includes reproduction of images or any copy included on the websites.


Returns for Repair:

We offer a repair service for garments. Due to Health and Safety Regulations and the potential hygiene issues associated with the inspection and handling Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any items returned to us unless they are clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974). Please ensure all garments returned for repair are washed and suitable for inspection. After inspection, Supreme Products will contact you to advise if a repair is possible and the charge for carrying out the repair (if applicable). Payment for the repair and re-postage cost will be processed before the commencement of the repair.


Telephone Helpline:

The Telephone ordering / helpline is charged at standard rate for landline services. Mobile operators may charge more to connect to the service. Please contact your service provider for information on their charges.
